1. Before startup:

Clean screen surface, no‑load start only. Tighten bolts, check screen mesh, lubrication and safety guards.

2. Operation:

Idle run 3‑5min, then feed evenly across screen width. Avoid offset and overload. Monitor motor temperature, vibration and noise.

3. Shutdown:

Stop feeding first, discharge all material then power off. Do not shut down with material on screen. Troubleshoot before restarting.

4. Maintenance & Safety:

Clean sticky residues each shift. Retighten bolts and refill grease regularly. Cut off power for all maintenance. Do not remove guards during operation.
