Product Uses
Suitable for bulk material conveying in steel, mining, coal, metallurgy and construction industries.
Conveys high-temperature sinter and coke. Optional heat-resistant belt for high-temperature working conditions.
Supports ore and aggregate conveying, perfectly matched with crushing and screening production lines.
Conveys raw coal and coal gangue. Wear-resistant and flame-retardant belts guarantee safe operation.
Stably conveys granular and powdery materials for metallurgy and chemical industries.
Used for cement, sand and stone conveying, with customizable size and angle.
Product Operate Guide
Check belt tension, idlers, drums and fasteners to ensure no looseness or damage. Confirm no foreign materials on the conveyor line. Test emergency stop function to guarantee normal response.
Start the conveyor with no-load first. Run empty for 1–3 minutes to check belt tracking, no deviation, no abnormal noise and stable operation. Feed materials only after steady running.
Press the emergency stop button immediately in case of belt deviation, stuck materials, abnormal vibration or equipment failure. Cut off power and inspect faults before restarting.
FAQ
What materials can your belt conveyor transport?
It is suitable for bulk lump, granular and powdery materials, including sinter, coke, ore, coal, gravel and cement. Equipped with heat-resistant belts for high-temperature sinter materials in steel plants.
What is the maximum conveying capacity and length?
Conveying capacity ranges from 10 to 2000 t/h. The single conveying length can reach 200 meters. All specifications can be customized according to site requirements.
What is the maximum inclination angle?
The standard inclination angle is 0°–25°. We can optimize the design and add anti-skid devices for large-angle inclined conveying according to customer needs.
How to solve belt deviation and slipping problems?
Belt deviation is solved by adjusting idler alignment and belt tension. Belt slipping is fixed by tightening tension, cleaning drum surface or replacing wear-resistant rubber drum to increase friction.
Can you customize heat-resistant or flame-retardant conveyor belts?
Yes. We support multiple belt options: ordinary, wear-resistant, heat-resistant and flame-retardant belts, adapting to steel plant high temperature, coal mine safety and other harsh working conditions.
What is the daily maintenance of the belt conveyor?
Regularly check belt tension, idler flexibility and fastener tightness. Lubricate the reducer and bearings periodically. Clean residual materials on the belt and rollers to avoid abnormal wear.
Is your conveyor suitable for steel plant sintering lines?
Absolutely. Our belt conveyors are specially optimized for steel sintering lines, supporting long-term stable transportation of high-temperature sinter and coke with strong load capacity and high durability.
What is your machine warranty period?
We provide 12-month warranty for the whole machine and lifelong after-sales technical support. Core wearing parts are supplied at factory cost.
Do you provide on-site installation guidance?
Yes. We offer detailed installation drawings, operation videos and overseas on-site technical guidance services to ensure smooth commissioning.
Why does the conveyor produce abnormal noise?
Abnormal noise is mainly caused by stuck idlers, damaged bearings or loose bolts. Regular inspection and lubrication can effectively reduce equipment noise and failure rate.
