Product Operate Guide
1. Check the plough blade, electro‑hydraulic push rod and fasteners before startup, confirm no foreign matters interfere with the belt.
2. Do not lower the plough while the belt is unloaded; operate it only when materials are conveyed normally.
3. Adjust the plough height properly. Keep appropriate gap between blade and belt to avoid belt abrasion.
4. Observe working status during operation. Stop equipment immediately if abnormal noise or jamming occurs.
5. Lift the plough fully before stopping the conveyor. Cut off power for maintenance.
