During operation, while the screen frame vibrates integrally, the flexible screen surface generates independent high-frequency secondary vibration, with the vibration intensity up to 50g and adjustable steplessly. Combined with the secondary harmonic high-frequency vibration of screen bars, a dual anti-blocking system is formed to fundamentally prevent material adhesion and blockage. The screen is driven by high-end professional vibration motors with national first-class energy efficiency. Adopting a fully sealed dustproof structure with an IP66 protection grade, it effectively blocks dust intrusion, avoids motor failure caused by dust accumulation, and ensures energy-saving and stable operation. The motor is equipped with imported high-grade NSK and SKF bearings, which feature strong bearing capacity and excellent wear resistance, greatly prolonging the overall service life of the equipment. Upgraded against the traditional defects of frequent oil filling, oil leakage and cumbersome maintenance, Xinfeng’s optimized motor supports monthly oil filling with zero oil leakage, greatly simplifying the maintenance process and thoroughly solving the long-term maintenance difficulties for customers.
