Square Swing Vibrating Sieve High Efficiency Sand Fine Powder Separator

Square gyratory sifter, also known as square swing screen, is a high-precision multi-deck screening machine. Adopting gyratory swing motion principle, materials spread and stratify gently on the screen deck. It features low screen blocking rate, low noise and large throughput, ideal for high precision classification of fine and medium-fine materials. Widely used in sand & aggregate, quartz sand, ore, building materials, chemical industry. It is commonly matched with stone crushing plant for fine grading of crushed aggregate. 2~5 decks optional to produce multiple finished sizes in one time.

The drive unit makes the screen frame perform compound motion of horizontal gyration plus slight vertical swing. Raw material enters from feeding inlet and spreads forward slowly along screen surface. Particles of different sizes are separated by mesh aperture. Fine particles pass through screen mesh to lower deck while oversize material discharges from outlet. Gentle movement reduces impact and greatly prevents mesh blinding.
