Rotary Vibrating Sieve, also named 3D vibrating sieve, is compact circular fine screening equipment. It adopts vertical vibration motor to generate 3D rotary vibration force, making materials do compound motion of circumferential, upward and outward movement on screen surface for accurate grading and impurity removal. It features small footprint, easy disassembly and low noise, available in carbon steel or stainless steel. Widely applied for sieving and decontamination of dry powder & granular materials such as quartz powder, stone fine powder, ore powder, chemical and building materials. Multi-deck grading is optional.

A:Rotary vibrating sieve is compact circular machine for fine powder and small particle impurity removal. Square gyratory sifter is large square equipment mainly for high-capacity aggregate grading.
Q3:Is screen mesh easy to block? Any anti-blinding solution?

A:Built-in bouncing balls help mesh cleaning. Ultrasonic anti-blinding device can be equipped for high-viscosity fine powder to reduce mesh blocking.

Yes, discharge port can rotate 360° to match on-site pipeline layout.
Q5:What is your warranty? What are wear parts?
12 months warranty for main machine. Screen mesh, rubber sealing rings and bouncing balls are wear parts, not covered by warranty. They can be quoted separately.
